Abstract Format
Please prepare and submit your abstract(s) to the organizer's office as described below.
- The abstract should be written in English throughout using Microsoft Word RTF (rich-text).
- The abstract must fit on one printed page (A4 size) with margin of 3 cm from both top and bottom and 2.5 cm from both right and left.
- The abstract must contain the title, author's names, institutional affiliations, and the text. These should be typed in the Times font or its equivalent (font size: 12)
- 3-1. Title in bold letters.
- 3-2. Author's names should be in full, giving first and family names.
e.g., Fujiro Sendo
- 3-3. Institutional affiliations; institutes' names, address, city, state, zip (postal) code, and country
e.g., Department of Immunology, Yamagata University, 2-2-2 Iida-nishi, Yamagata 990-9585, Japan
- 3-4. Line spacing: type the titles, authors' names and institutional affiliations in single line spacing. Leave one single line space between the title and the authors' names. The text must be typed in 1.5- line spacing.
Submission of Abstract
The dead line of abstract submission is July 1, 2005.
